Delivery Terms

All packages will be sent out via UPS. Average delivery times will range between next day and 5 days.

Warranty & Refunds

Kasp products have been designed and manufactured to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. Kasp is confident to offer a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. All electronic products are subject to 1 year against manufacturing defects.

Any defective products are to be approved prior to return by obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

Once goods are received, we will either repair or replace at our discretion. Products are to be returned at customer’s expense (Prepaid) and we will cover the freight cost on the repair/replacement product.
